Bell Names Newest Associates

Bell is proud to announce the addition of two new Associates! Jeremy and Bo are both proven assets to our team in not only their technical duties, but in their impact on the advancement of other young professionals in our firm. Promotion to Associate signifies more than just recognizing their accomplishments; it embodies the trust and confidence we have in them to help shape the future of our company. Congratulations Jeremy and Bo!

Jeremy Duncan, PE, LSIT, joined the Bell team in August 2019 with several years of site development and drone surveying experience. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he provides both engineering and surveying management, design, and support. Jeremy has been FAA licensed since 2017 and has logged more than 100 hours of flight time. His favorite part of being an engineer is the ability to help others through solving complex infrastructure challenges. Jeremy’s favorite hobby is hiking and he loves spending time with his family and friends.

Bo Smith, PE, is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Engineering with a Masters in Biosystems & Agricultural Engineering. Bo joined Bell in May of 2021 and has been an integral part of our team ever since. He has provided field services, design, and project management for a variety of projects. Bo grew up working construction with his dad and was inspired to become an engineer through the guidance of a family friend and after learning the integral ways engineers have shaped history, even if from the background. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, anything outdoors, and baking a mean caramel apple and sage pie!
