About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, entry level engineer specializing in the Water Resources Industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines.
Assist with feasibility studies, site assessments, and developing comprehensive design plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies into projects.
Provide technical support during all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction administration.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ensure project success.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Ag Engineering, or related field.
0-5 years of experience related to civil engineering projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
EIT preferred but not required.
